Full Moon Taxi Inc. Driver Requirements
Thank you for your inquiry.

First: It should be noted, that we DO NOT “hire /employ” drivers.

1.  Drivers are “self employed”, Independent Contractor / Drivers.
2.  Independent drivers “Lease” our vehicles and equipment in pursuit of self employment.
3.  Drivers obtain their Driver’s Business License thru City of Coos Bay, Or.
4.  Driver applicants are subject to / abide by;
     A.  Must be 25 years of age, or older. (Insurance requirement.)
     B.  3 year DMV background check.
     C.  City of Coos Bay Police Dept. background check.
     D.  Applicants are subject to initial drug test, as well as “Random drug tests”.
          (Drug tests are conducted at lab. of our choosing.)
5. Drivers, “Independent Contractors”, are subject to comply with Oregon State,
    DMV and local laws, ordinances and “by-laws”.
    (Review the City of Coos Bay, Oregon Ordinance 311.)
6.  Must be clean and neat in appearance.

We do require that you be a “People person”, who will provide the service to the public in a high standard of performance and safety.

Upon inquiry and request of application,
Applicants are provided with,
1.    Full Moon Taxi Inc. driver’s application.
2.    Copy of Full Moon Taxi Inc. policies and amendments.
3.    “Leasing” of vehicle and equipment procedures and amounts.

Applicants will dis/approve to comply with Full Moon Taxi’s policies and amendments. Dis/approval of applicant will be made at time of interview, and applicant’s compliance with the above.

Upon “approval” of applicant, said person will be provided with necessary “paper work” and items to full fill that driving position.
